Before we get to any actual content, let me get a few important questions out of the way.

FAQ #2 "What about that name? "flareman jr"? really?"
FAQ #3 "Are you affilated with any larger organization?"

HA! I fooled you with that "Before we get to any actual content" line. That implied there would be actual content. This is not necessarily true. In fact, it seems altogether unlikely there will be anything terribly interesting here. If you still expect there to be some content involved, just read the FAQ links again until your mind shuts down.
